It is very easy to say "this is different" To make a difference is definitely the tough part. Creating difference between donation 10k on social media and donationg $50million in the name of education. Creating a difference between lending a place to make malls and donating land to build research houses for biological and physical sciences. Creating a difference between taking the right decision, then making it right. Mr Ratan Tata always said " I want to be remembered as a person who made the difference." CirclePe salutes you sir for actually making a difference.

you will help promote the Appeal and increase the funds raised for these three worthy causes: Student Success Scholarships: With current costs of living increasing, many students are doing it tough right now. Financial stress is one of the top reasons why university students don’t complete their studies. Donations to this cause will help provide financial relief to students and enable life changing education. Koala protection: The Koala Research-CQ team are driven by a deep passion to protect one of Australia’s most beloved and vulnerable animals. A donation to this cause will fund essential work in koala biology, ecology and conservation, helping to secure the future of the Central Queensland koala population. Gumbi Gumbi traditional medicine research: Gumbi Gumbi is a native plant that has been cherished by First Nations people for generations as a medicinal remedy. CQUniversity researchers, in collaboration with Ghungalu Elder Uncle Steve Kemp, are exploring the plant’s antioxidant and cancer-fighting properties. A donation to this cause will help them to continue exploring new treatments and preserving Indigenous knowledge. Please go to this link www.cqu.edu.au/appeal.

We have 6 artworks up for auction for our Machine_67 for #MandelaDay drive, fearlessly crafted by our talented Machine_ peeps. Details of this artwork, which you can stand a chance of winning, by donating R50 or more via our Quicket raffle, are below: ‘Remnants of Youth’ by Amy Gajjar About: This mixed media digital collage captures the juxtaposition between clinging to youth and the desire to be taken seriously as an adult. Symbols of youth and nostalgia, like butterflies and flowers, adorn the eyes, signifying blindness to the uncertainties of adulthood. Circular devices overlay the piece, representing the rigidity and structure of adult life. This artwork represents the longing to be frozen in time while also yearning to experience the growth and opportunities that come with maturing. Machine_ will send the winner a hand-signed, high-quality printed piece. Do your part. Donate today: https://qkt.io/eocquf

We do science... we aren’t known as fundraisers. But as you can see, we are asking you to help us raise much-needed funds. It doesn't happen very often, but we figured now is a great time for you to donate. Last year we distributed over $10,000 worth of financial assistance to help students in need to travel to attend residential schools, take their offered place in a science extension squad and to travel overseas to represent Australia. So, we are asking all of you to help us fill the kitty for the year ahead. We would like to raise $12,486 by June 30. (It was 12,486 years ago that humans formed more complex societies and we like to think that was due to science.) Can you, or your organisation, donate to help young students who may otherwise miss out on an opportunity of a lifetime due to financial challenges? Just think what we could achieve with their scientific minds working on our future. Did you know that Australian Science Innovations is an ACNC Registered Charity, delivering science extension programs for over 30 years? You will receive your Tax Receipt immediately by email and a whole slew of positive ions through the universe. 📅 Lodge your donation in our ScienTAXific Appeal by June 30! (We are great with science puns... fundraising puns, not so much 😣). Please donate here: https://lnkd.in/gRyRxSqd
