These include: ⚠️ Misleading others by lying in the name of management. ⚠️ Lack of literacy and understanding of the market and industry standards. ⚠️ Focusing only on personal KPIs rather than the broader organizational goals. Additionally, highlight the toxic blame culture: ⚠️ Management might blames employees for delays, while employees are blamed for management's rushed decisions. ⚠️ Despite management providing time and resources, and employees working hard to achieve the goal, the efforts failed due to the manager's incompetence. Remind him regularly that his actions demonstrate disloyalty. If he achieves any success, I will take credit for it. #micromanagement
