Blame him for the product delay, which was caused by the manager's poor decisions. These include: ⚠️ Misleading others by lying in the name of management. ⚠️ Lack of literacy and understanding of the market and industry standards. ⚠️ Focusing only on personal KPIs rather than the broader organizational goals. Additionally, highlight the toxic blame culture: ⚠️ Management might blames employees for delays, while employees are blamed for management's rushed decisions. ⚠️ Despite management providing time and resources, and employees working hard to achieve the goal, the efforts failed due to the manager's incompetence. Remind him regularly that his actions demonstrate disloyalty. If he achieves any success, I will take credit for it. #micromanagement

Feelings of sorrow and anger are universal; the event that happened to this innocent girl evokes such feelings in everyone. The feelings of sorrow, anger, and confusion are completely valid. The loss of this precious child is an unimaginable pain, especially for her parents, as it creates lifelong sorrow. Many cases remain hidden, often not revealed due to socio-cultural influences. Addressing the issue of violence against children, women, and some boys requires a multi-faceted approach that combines legal action with community awareness and support systems. By implementing stronger preventive measures and advocating for victims, as many people have done for this beautiful girl, societies can work towards reducing these tragic incidents.

I usually try to stay away from violent talks on Social Media and keep myself from saying anything. But this, this is just incomprehensible. I can't imagine the pain this child felt when this happened to her. And now I can't imagine the pain her parents are feeling. May God give you strength.
