back from a short vacation and sharing some key insights on the 2024 Marketing AI Institute's State of AI in Marketing. What really stood out for me was that people/employees understand they need to learn how to leverage AI, and they want to, but their companies are slow to provide the training, policies, and roadmaps to do it effectively. The opportunities that generative AI and AI overall provide go so far beyond writing content, but without the right investigation, planning, and roadmap, a company isn't going to figure out how to use it best. That's disappointing. How long will companies continue to talk the talk - and tell employees to get onboard and that they may lose their jobs if they don't, and yet don't back it up with all the things employees need to be successful?
