Improved Experiences for Employees & Customers 3. Enhanced Innovation & Collaboration How do we effectively help customers measure AI’s impact? Because, while metrics are likely tailored to specific use cases and desired outcomes, I am tempted to think that developing a comprehensive library of KPIs could be invaluable for benchmarking and strategic insights. This could even be done by industry.
