Two things that that I find are totally different from Silicon Valley & Switzerland after having been exposed to both: 1# The Pitch: It is totally accepted in Silicon Valley to pitch at a ☕coffee shop . It is known to everyone at which coffee shop you can meet investors and you can actually sit at a table and listen to someone pitching their idea 2# Pitch Event: While in Switzerland the outside (location, etc.) matters, in Silicon Valley the pitches are more important.
