If I had to pick one word that is an essential component of having energizing work, connection is it. You won’t be successful in either without connecting with others. It doesn’t matter what technology is at your disposal, and it doesn’t matter if you have a great resume or background. Connecting with others is the game changer. Let’s all embrace this new day and commit to connecting with others, especially those with different experiences, skill sets, and geographies.
