As a sales leader, THIS is what you want to see from your team! Sales is a roller coaster. Even for rocks stars like Anthony. He does all the right stuff to avoid the cold streaks: ☕ feeds the pipeline ☕ varies his lead pool ☕ stays consistent and disciplined in his outreach ☕ asks for feedback and works on his processes But not every month will set records. The lulls will come. It's how you respond to them that separates the good from the great. I love to see this attitude from someone on my team, and know next month will be a different story. I can't recommend Digital Influence highly enough. We have only been with them for a couple of weeks and the results they have achieved for us are truly amazing, and instantaneous. To be fair...we are still in a learning phase with DI, where they are getting to understand our business and market. However, if these early results are anything to go by...then I can't wait to see what they can achieve for us in the future. Their results have been so good...I have increased our Ad spend by 50% to get even better results.

Partnership… It’s a mutually beneficial relationship between two or more parties. When making decisions professionally, make sure you look at your business relationships as partnerships. During this 3rd event with Elite Dealer Solutions I’ve heard that term probably a 100 times. Why? Aaron Prymula and his Executive Leaderahip Team see’s his dealers as partners.
