Timeboxing has had the biggest impact for me. If it's not on my calendar, it's probably not getting done. And that included personal priorities like exercise, date nights, family time. Treat them like you would an important meeting.

I still swear by the Pomodoro technique. But I usually do longer blocks than 25 minutes.
