It all starts with secure housing.
We can’t just keep ignoring how issues related to public safety and the struggle of individuals to survive are interconnected. The prosecutor’s office should be applauded for leading this approach to community peace building.

Social well-being for clergy is so much more complicated than is often recognized at first glance. The loneliness epidemic is amplified for pastors by complicated boundaries and job expectations. if that's the kind of thing you're interested in, check this out and maybe share your insights by following the link in the comments
One of clergy’s essential roles is to build a social connection for their community and congregation, but they often can’t participate in that connection themselves. We have partnered with Wespath Benefits and Investments to gather feedback from clergy and create resources on prioritizing social connection and community for clergy. Watch GBHEM's Mike Baughman discuss ways to improve clergy social well-being. Explore the resources here: https://lnkd.in/eR8P-XBd #BeUMC

Please help us with cascading this survey 👇👇🙏
Independent survey to explore attitudes towards the Church of England in the Diocese of Bristol Meaningful Measures Ltd is delighted to have been commissioned by the Diocese of Bristol to conduct a comprehensive survey aimed at understanding people's views of the Church of England churches and the use of church spaces within the local community. The survey is being conducted in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Wiltshire, and Swindon which is the area covered by the Diocese of Bristol. We want to understand what young people and adults think of the work of the churches in their local area and how well they support the local community – from the provision of community groups and community cafes to local social action and the provision of worship services. We hope to reach a wide audience, especially communities that may not be involved with the Church in any way, to ensure that diverse perspectives on this important topic are heard.
