Spent the weekend tweaking the look-and-feel of www.gamelayer.co. The goal was to achieve a site that was bolder and more playful than the old site, a design that aligns with our business of gamification (user engagement and loyalty). I am not a designer - far from it - and so there were some limits to the design, but overall I am quite happy with the outcome :) Happy to receive feedback and suggestions how to improve it further. #gamification #userengagement #customerloyalty

🌟 Redefining Experiences Through Gamification 🎮✨ Excited to share my latest UI/UX project focused on gamified platforms! By integrating game-like elements—such as points, levels, and rewards—into non-gaming environments like education, training, and customer engagement, these platforms transform routine tasks into interactive and enjoyable experiences. The goal? Boost motivation, drive consistent user interaction, and enhance long-term retention. Through thoughtful challenges and incentives, gamification makes even mundane activities engaging and productive. This project has been an incredible journey in understanding how design can influence behavior and create impactful user experiences. Thrilled to keep exploring the endless potential of gamification in UI/UX design! 🚀 #UIUXDesign #Gamification #Innovation #DesignThinking #UserEngagement #MotivationByDesign

✨ Excited to Share a New Interactive Feature! 🎉 In my latest project, I’ve developed a Draggable Widget feature that makes UI interactions more dynamic and fun! 💡 Key Highlights: 🔹 Drag and Drop Functionality: Users can easily drag color widgets and match them interactively. 🔹 Real-Time Feedback: Visual cues and feedback for correct or incorrect matches. 🔹 Gamification Levels: Progress through multiple levels for an engaging experience. 🔹 Captions & Tags: Each draggable widget comes with clear, color-coded captions to enhance clarity. This feature aims to make interfaces more intuitive and user-friendly while adding a touch of gamification! 🚀 Would love your thoughts and feedback. Check out the snippet below and let me know what you think! #Flutter #InteractiveUI #DraggableWidget #Gamification #FeatureLaunch #UIUX

👾 🎮 🕹 I am very excited about this final term of the MCXI program at IE Business School, where I am learning Gamification with Rob Alvarez Bucholska. So far, I have discovered it involves building thrilling experiences for users based on different motivators by integrating gaming elements. Normally, when we think about creating or designing a new digital product or service, we only think in terms of UX/UI. Gamification can be a key tool for driving user engagement and tailoring further an experience for users. I am a great advocate for learning by playing and I am loving this Gamification course!

Crafting Memorable User Experiences Part IV: The Endgame Phase How you treat and design for your veteran users? This is by far the most neglected phase when designing User Experiences. You can't just assume your veteran users will stay with you forever, you need to do something specific for users that reach this stage. Marketing principles always state that it is always easier and cheaper to sell to returning customers than getting new ones. But which incentives do they have to stay in for the long term? The Endgame phase is a golden opportunity to truly make your veterans feel valued, empowered and even become active evangelists of your brand. In the popular game World of Warcraft it was often said that the "real" game began when you reach the highest levels, since it is when the most difficult challenges such as group raids are available. Plus those users get the opportunity to aid newcomers to truly experience the best of their gameplay, helping them with quests, providing advice and even equipment for levelling up faster. Does your ecosystem have any way to turn the most advanced users into mentors so they can help the new ones adapt and get the best of the product or service? Have you considered extra perks or features that are only unlocked when you reach a certain status or rank within the product? When the veteran users feel valued, rewarded and encouraged to keep going they can become your most powerful allies and brand ambassadors. Needing some insights so you could power-up your Endgame? DM me and let's connect! #uxdesign #productdesign #gamification

Micro-interactions + gamification = Fun experience I added a streak feature to the design because who doesn't like keeping streaks? It is activated when people maintain a consistent good form. This is just the first part that shows how it is activated. It makes use of sound and subtle animations to inform users that they have initiated the Formstreak feature The Formstreak helps motivate users to maintain good form by assigning points for every consistent form. These points can be viewed on a leaderboard and shared with friends. Just a good old competition among friends with the same fitness goal 💪🏾 #userexperiencedesign #UX #gamification #AI #productdesign #fitnesslifestyle #lifestyle
