👋🏼 Welcome Jen O’Connell, our new Head of Publishing Admin & Rights Management We’re thrilled to announce that Jen is joining us in January 2025 to establish and run our Publishing Admin & Rights Management arm. In this important new role, Jen will help our artists navigate the complex world of global music rights management, making sure the that all of the revenue their music generates around the world gets back to them so they can keep creating. Jen is joining us from BMG and has 27 years music industry experience, ranging from collection societies to major and independent music publishers working across copyright, royalties and licensing. She has previously served on the board of the MPA and as Director and Chair of CMPA Europe seeking to raise the profile of Christian Music Publishers within the industry.
