My Inbox has been overflowing with questions since my visit to Chick-fil-A Restaurants new elevated drive thru experience. The #1 question I've received: "Does the new drive thru experience really improve speed of service?" The true answer is nuanced and is impacted by many factors, including how a customer chooses to order. Check out the video for a quick glimpse into my experience. Chris Crichton - Thank you for sharing. You saved me a trip while attending QSR (side note: I have a CFA less than a mile from my house 😂 ). I read that CFA meals are getting completed every 6 seconds at this new location. I'd be curious how long each meal is sitting with a 6 min 45 sec (start to finish) in your traditional drive-thru? When you arrived, how many cars were in front you in both the Mobile drive-thru and traditional drive-thru? I see this CFA investment really paying off once most people gravitate towards the mobile option vs. the traditional drive-thru. 🔥
Chris Crichton in your experience what do you think are the KPIs or Value Add here?
Chik Fil A team members wondering why you're ordering in the drive thru while snackin on some fresh nuggs and a Coke 🤣
It was great getting to see this in person!
