People don't care about your #estateagency says my good friend. To which I always respond - Make them Care They don't care about your brand awareness, or about your market share. They don't care about your marketing, or qualifications. They don't care about your local 'expertise' or whether you're available 24/7. They don't care about your fee, either, because until you make them care about something else, the fee is irrelevant. They DO care about who you are - about The Brand Within. They care whether you have Integrity. They care whether you are authentic - plenty of agents conveniently hide behind the corporate logo and rely on company reputation to persuade. They care that you are determined, creative, inspiring, persuasive and resolute. They care about whether you can be trusted - because #realtor #estateagency is the second least trusted of professions. Don't let your potential clients make the mistake of believing it's about the valuation, or the fee, or the competence. Those things matter, but not until they see: Beyond The Logo - The Brand Within. Make them care about YOU.
