The All-In Summit this week was hands down the best event I’ve attended. It brought together the All-In Podcast community and some of the world’s most influential thinkers. If you haven’t checked out the All-In Podcast yet, now’s the time. Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, David O. Sacks, and David Friedberg deliver inside takes on tech, business, and culture that are truly worth your time. This was the most I’ve personally invested in a conference, and it delivered. The room was filled with visionaries—Elon Musk, Travis Kalanick, Peter Thiel, and others—focused not just on the present, but on shaping the future. In today’s world, these conversations matter more than ever. What stood out was how refreshing it was to step out of the e-commerce world and surround myself with successful entrepreneurs doing extraordinary things across industries. That’s why events like this are so important. You gain new perspectives, new ideas—and most importantly, a broader view of what’s possible. We’re at a pivotal point in society, and being open to change is key. Surrounding yourself with people who embrace that change is one of the smartest things you can do right now. If you're looking for an inspiring podcast, check out All-In. Hope to see some of you at the next summit.

Here are the goals we’re chasing: → Grow our client base. Bring in new collaborations while deepening and expanding the ones we already have. → Elevate our positioning. Strengthen our brand at home and internationally. → Boost efficiency and quality. Especially within our leadership team, making sure every service we deliver is top-tier. And here’s my personal mission: → I want to help my team grow, become leaders, and unlock their full potential. → Focus on visibility and value. ☑️ Create a podcast. ☑️ Be a guest on others. ☑️ Attend more events, network more, and share more value with our community. 2025 will be about growth, connection, and impact. Dr. Dirk Frese grew up in the shadow of the Berlin Wall—an unyielding divide that separated East and West Germany. For decades, he witnessed two starkly different worlds, side by side yet worlds apart. Then, in 1989, the Wall came down. Watching its collapse was chaotic and uncertain, but it also revealed something powerful: change is messy, but it’s also an opportunity—if you have the leadership to guide it. In this episode of The CEO Show, I sat down with Dr. Frese to explore how living through this historic moment shaped his perspective on leadership, freedom, and responsibility. Dr. Frese shares how to: 🔑 Lead with both heart and mind 🔑 Empower teams and create trust during times of change 🔑 Turn adversity into an opportunity for growth Whether you’re leading a business or a family, this episode will inspire you to tear down your own walls, take charge, and build a life on your terms—no matter the challenges ahead. I often see brands acting like newcomers to a party, not having any connections, nobody to introduce them. They are perfectly polished and presentable, but there's nothing there for my brain to associate how they're connected. This is what it's like without the power of strategic collaborations. In the realm of retail tech, going it alone can limit your reach. Partnerships can amplify impact. Think complementary businesses, platforms. They can extend your reach, enrich your offering. The strategy? Seek out alliances. Identify players whose offerings can dovetail with yours to create more comprehensive solutions for retailers. Instead of doing a webinar with 1 brand, invite one of your best customers to join you. Instead of going on a podcast solo, see if you can bring a guest with you from one of your partnerships. Get both of your brands on that episode. When you bring others along to your opportunities, wouldn't you expect they'd do the same? That's exponential opportunity.
