Here are 3 reflections from our Greece workcation... The problem is that most people will read them but not learn. Nonetheless, here we go: ✅ Efforts align and everyone can contribute to their fullest when the strategy is condensed, communicated, and thoroughly talked through. ✅ Managing performance is an integral part of being a leader, but balancing it with well-being and mental health is the leadership equation in a nutshell. ✅ Building meaningful relationships, and getting to really know each other, helps teams overcome incredible obstacles and challenges in tough times.
