What are you reading? I got GOOD TO GREAT by Jim Collins as a Christmas gift from my boss, complete with this monograph for the social sectors. I can't review this book, I can only speak of how insightful it has been. Making 2024 another year of a great read! This can only be bested by the philosophical collection of GREAT THINKERS compiled by "the school of life" You have your recommendations!
