Worried you won’t hire the right person for your business? Use this: The Attention to Detail Method Take your existing job description. Add one bullet (among the others) in the “Who you are” section. “You pay attention to detail. For instance, you’ll include your coffee order with your application.” No coffee order, rule them out. A great way to get through hundreds of application warriors and find the people who care. Try this the next time you’re hiring. Any questions?

I recently had a customer service interview that ended early because my true passion isn’t customer service. I always mention my degree in film during interviews, as that’s where my heart truly lies. Like many, I’ve worked in customer service for years to make a living while pursuing my dreams. Customer service can be tough, especially when handling upset customers. While it’s human nature to be frustrated, no one deserves to be treated poorly. I’ve always approached the job with empathy, treating others the way I’d want to be treated. You don’t need to be passionate about customer service to deliver excellent service—sometimes, it’s simply about doing your best in the role you’re in. What are your thoughts on the role of passion in customer service? #CustomerService #JobSearch #CareerGrowth #FilmDegree #EmpathyInService #ProfessionalDevelopment #CustomerExperience #CareerJourney

As a solo agent, it’s essential to take on as much as you can and build your business from the ground up. But the real key to growth is recognizing when you’ve hit capacity. If you find yourself turning down leads or struggling to provide excellent service due to time constraints, it’s time to bring in help. Hiring your first assistant will not only free up your schedule but allow you to focus on the most critical income-producing tasks, leading to greater success and client satisfaction. ⚡ Key Insight: Your first hire should be someone who can handle the operational tasks that eat up your time, allowing you to focus on building relationships, closing deals, and growing your business. #RealEstateGrowth #ScalingYourBusiness #HiringTips #AgentSuccess #PhoenixRealtor #ScottsdaleRealtor

Big news! Today, we successfully filled a Senior Client Partner role in Financial Sales for one of our clients in North Carolina This wasn’t an easy one. The role needed a very specific mix of skills, experience, and personality to fit both the job and the company culture. After a lot of digging, conversations, and careful matchmaking, we found the perfect candidate—and the client couldn’t be happier! 💡 What made it work? Really taking the time to understand what the company was looking for (beyond the job description). Searching high and low to uncover hidden talent. Building trust with candidates to make sure it was the right move for them, too. It’s moments like these that make recruiting so rewarding—helping companies grow while giving someone an incredible opportunity to thrive. 💖 If you’re struggling to find the right talent, let’s chat—we would love to help! 😊
