Are you a procrastinator? During my recent travels to Esperance in WA to speak at CONVERGE, it got me thinking post the conference. Check out this post where I talk about 'Micro moves for macro change' a little tip I picked up from my good mate, Nic Brown. This is for all small businesses out there or if you work and struggle with it yourself. If you find yourself dawdling, just use Mel Robbins ' 5-second rule'. Simply count to five and just make a decision, do something, even if it's as simple as getting out of bed.
