“What you do and what drives you?” Many elements in one paragraph. But I’ll unfold my remark on: The passion of creating value I’ve always been driven throughout my life to solve problems, optimize and/or bring value. Whether it’s a simple system that saves time at work or a simple habit in my everyday life. … like structuring your workspace for optimal operation. … Or planning one’s schedule like a tetris. … Or optimizing so you won’t have to walk twice from A to B (you with me?) I love to consider a problem like a puzzle. There is always a solution. Like the current inefficient and problem causing wardrobe system at venues. Neither the guest, employee or venue perceive the wardrobe as anything else than an annoyance and something to get over with. As we honor the incredible achievements and contributions of women throughout history, let’s also take a moment to acknowledge the everyday superheroes among us. Being a woman often means juggling multiple roles, breaking barriers, and striving for excellence in all we do. But let’s be real - even superwomen get tired. It’s okay to feel the weight of the world on our shoulders sometimes. It’s okay to admit that balancing career, family, and personal aspirations can be exhausting. So here’s to all the superwomen out there: You’re doing an amazing job, even on the days when you feel like you’re running on empty. Remember to give yourself grace, take breaks when needed, and lean on your support system. Together, we continue to pave the way for future generations of strong, empowered women. Let’s celebrate our resilience, and our achievements. To another successful Women’s History Month Reception 💕
