Does your board reporting drown your MOps team in busy work for days? Here's what often happens a few days before the board meeting: - Ops pulls 12 reports and tries to merge into a reportable format in a GSheet - The marketing team is "double checking the numbers" and pointing out issues - Someone breaks a VLOOKUP - The CMO is reviewing the data and questioning everything - The steps to build the data are so convoluted everyone forgot how they did it And the next month?
