Are you building a business or just creating another job for yourself? It’s a BIG difference, but so many founders unintentionally end up with a J.O.B. You know the story: an entrepreneur leaves their high-paying 9-to-5, only to work even longer hours in their own business, head buried in their laptop, hustling harder than ever before. (Yep, I did this too 🤦🏽♀️) But here’s the thing, your business shouldn’t feel like a job at all. A business works for you. It scales, grows, and generates revenue even when you’re not working. A job, on the other hand, needs constant effort from YOU. If you stop, the income stops. So how can you tell if you’ve built a business or just another high-pressure job? 👇 Ask yourself these questions: 1. Are you trading time for money? If your income depends on the hours you put in, you’ve got a job. A business runs on systems and offers that bring in revenue while you’re not glued to your desk. Think: new leads and Stripe notifications while you sleep. 2. Do you have scalable offers? In a job, the more clients you take on, the more work piles up. A business provides scalable solution - digital products, group programs, or training that let you grow your revenue without increasing your workload. 3. Do you feel like you have to be there all the time? With a job, every decision and task relies on YOU. In a business, systems and processes run independently so you can step away without everything grinding to a halt. 4. Can you step away without losing momentum? In a business, you can take a day, a week, or even a month off, and it keeps running, serving clients, and generating income. If you’re reading this thinking, “Oh blummin’ heck, I’ve built myself a job,” don’t worry. It’s fixable! Here’s what to do: ✅ Align your business with your genius. Start with your strengths, passion, and purpose, and build from there. ✅ Simplify. Make sure your offers are scalable and aligned with the life you want to live. ✅ Install a system that sells for you, so you’re not constantly hustling for the next client. 👉 The choice is yours. You didn’t leave your job to create another one. Ready to stop building a job and start building a business that works for you? Come over and join The Zone™ - a small, private community where we do exactly this. Drop me a DM with the word “ZONE” for all the details. Here’s to building a business that gives you back your time, energy, and life. x

Series: What’s Missing in Your Business Strategy? – Part 1 The Power of Being Found Entrepreneurship takes courage, passion, and determination. For service-based businesses, your expertise and dedication need to stand out, and a modern, communicative website is often the missing piece in building a successful business strategy. Being online is no longer optional; it’s how people discover you. And when they do, your website is often your first impression. Without one, or with one that falls short, you risk losing that crucial connection with potential clients. Picture a potential client searching for the services you provide. Without a website, where will they end up? Likely with a competitor. And if your website is slow, outdated, or poorly designed, it’s no better—they’ll still move on. Why? Because you’re not showcasing your services or value in the best light, and first impressions matter. Pro Tip: Your website should clearly and strategically display your services and location. A lot of service-based businesses overlook this! Use specific language that reflects how you serve your community (e.g., “Professional Cleaning Services in Vancouver”). Make sure it’s optimized so search engines know where to direct your customers. A strategically designed website isn’t just a convenience; it’s a cornerstone of growth and a powerful tool for success. Stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll explore the role of cohesive design in building trust with your audience.

Interested in a new way to earn income online? Drop servicing might be the answer. Discover the ins and outs of this business model in this blog post. Let's dive into the world of drop servicing and explore its potential for financial success. #DropServicing #Trend Drop servicing has gained popularity due to its low barrier to entry. It allows individuals to start a service-based business without the need for specialized skills. This model involves outsourcing services at lower costs and selling them at a higher price, making it a lucrative option for entrepreneurs looking to make a profit without the need for extensive expertise. *The Power of Drop Servicing: Why It's Essential for Your Business Growth* In the fast-paced world of business, staying ahead of the competition is crucial. One way to do this is by leveraging the power of drop servicing. Drop servicing is a business model where you act as a middleman between clients and service providers, essentially outsourcing the work to a third party. This model offers a wide range of benefits that can help your business thrive and grow exponentially. How Does Drop Servicing Work? Drop servicing works by connecting clients who need a specific service with skilled service providers who can deliver high-quality work. As a drop servicing business owner, your role is to find clients, negotiate deals, and then outsource the work to a service provider. Once the work is completed, you deliver it to the client and collect payment, taking a cut for yourself in the process. Benefits of Drop Servicing for Your Business 1. Low Overhead Costs One of the biggest advantages of drop servicing is that it requires minimal upfront investment. Since you're not actually performing the services yourself, you don't need to invest in equipment, office space, or hiring employees. This means you can start a drop servicing business with little to no capital, making it an attractive option for entrepreneurs on a budget. 2. Scalability Drop servicing allows you to scale your business quickly and efficiently. Since you're not limited by your own time or resources, you can take on as many clients as you want and outsource the work to multiple service providers. This scalability makes it easy to grow your business and increase your revenue without being bogged down by the constraints of traditional service-based businesses. 3. Focus on Your Strengths By outsourcing the actual service delivery to skilled professionals, you can focus on what #dropshipping #dropservicing #ecommerce #dropship #shopify #dropshippingbusiness #dropshipper #entrepreneur #shopifydropshipping #freelance #freelancer #graphicdesign #design #art #logo #business #branding #entrepreneur #graphicdesigner #illustration #photography #designer

What sets 6-figure businesses apart from 5- or 4-figure companies is more than the extra zeros. It requires a certain amount of structure and a specific mindset. As businesses grow, demand naturally increases. Suddenly, there are more team members, more clients to serve, more offers to consider, and more tasks to keep track of. And here’s the truth, not all businesses or entrepreneurs aim for that six-figure mark because of these demands and how they will infringe on their personal goals. But if this level of growth is part of your plan, here are some ways to make the transition easier. Be sure that you are ready to level up. If you feel like you’ve gotten comfortable or reached your income goals, these are indications you’re ready to scale. But before acting on this, ensure your services are in high demand and that you have a client base who will support your high-value offers or price increases. Acknowledge your current mindset and address the shift needed for your progress. You have to become comfortable with being less involved with the day-to-day running of your business so you can focus on the bigger picture. Your time will be one of your most valuable assets, so you’ll need to spend it in ways that contribute to your business’ growth. Be open to doing things you haven’t done before because the approach that got you to where you are now won’t necessarily get you to that 6-figure mark. For instance, if you previously relied on organic traffic to get new leads, you’ll have to start running ads or partnering with others in your industry. You might also need to target a different subset of your audience who would be more inclined to sign up for higher-valued offers. Connect with other entrepreneurs and business owners who have reached or surpassed the 6-figure mark. These people will not only motivate you but can offer support and advice as you scale. Reach out to them at conferences, via LinkedIn, or online communities. Analyze your company's systems and processes to identify what works and what doesn’t. Look into ways to create a better business structure by automating, outsourcing, or hiring an assistant to get more done. Remember, time is one of your most valuable resources, so you’ll need to find ways to maximize it. And lastly, invest in your business’ growth. Investing in it is crucial no matter the stage of your business. But when you’re scaling towards 6-figures, you’ll find that there is an even greater need. You might need an office, a business coach or consultant, more team members, and more advanced systems. What got you to five figures in profit won’t necessarily get you to six figures. So, you have to be open to leaving your comfort zone. #sixfigure
