I can help you make ‘insert desired $ amount’ per day online… Has not been part of my marketing strategy for a while now… For the most part it passes as clickbait and pulls a strong hook for folks looking for monetary solutions online… But it’s a bold claim and promise that can’t hold huge weight 95% of the time Because there are so many factors to consider when creating and sustaining an online income Part of the things I will document in real time are my clients results… and what they are able to achieve by working with me over periods of time Their transformations as business owners and what they are able to achieve (doesn’t always have to be monetary) I will also share my own transformations & things that actively happen in my brand… It’s one thing to say ‘I can help make you 10k in 30 days, ask me how’ (cool if you have just made that in 30 days and have a proven plan to share with folks - but that is not normally the case and is not your average outcome if you are brand spanking new online) It’s an entirely different thing to say ‘my client just cracked 10k in profit in under 150 days by using ‘x’ strategy, you want the free training?’ Or - ‘I have made $254 daily for 820 days straight by using a 4 step process - who wants it?’ (Hits different when you can back up the claim with things that are actively happening in your business’ Folks as you create content and start to market your brand… Recommend you keep it real and true to your experience… What is actively happening for yourself & your clients… And how you can help folks based on real time examples… Helps build trust & LTV in your relationships Hope this helps Chan 🦁

“I don’t need to work on my offer… I just need to get my marketing on point.” “How are you going to do that?” “Post and see what sticks.” Coaches are stuck here. Trying to solve their lack of leads and sales at the level of their marketing. To do that they try posting different things to see what makes a difference. Different types of posts. Different messaging angles. The problem is, this takes too long. Between the content you post and someone actually becoming a client there’s too many variables. Coaches change their bio, post and just hope for some inbound leads come in. After not seeing much of a change for a few weeks, they change again. Constantly changing, hoping the next change might be the one. There’s a much more effective way. Work backwards from the Offer. You already know that the best way to create a plan is to reverse engineer from the end goal. The end goal here is sales. So we should start by optimising the closest thing to the sale, the Offer. We create a unique, specific killer offer. We directly get it In front of the right people, have a conversation with them and get instant feedback on every bit of the offer. If they bought, we can understand what resonated and got them to buy. (Because Cash or No Cash is the only feedback that matters in your marketing) Now, your messaging and marketing can be well informed by what’s already working for the outcome you want - Sales. Instead of changing marketing angle and just waiting to see what happens. This morning I needed to notify a service provider of the passing of my husband. And I have to say, it was one of 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝙁𝙍𝙐𝙎𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 experiences I have had! 1. There was 𝗡𝗢 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 on the website, ONLY telephone numbers and an Account portal. 2. There was 𝗡𝗢 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 in their help centre giving me the needed info. 3. You could 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲. 4. And once you phone, you need to insert the ID number (which I had) or account number and THEN a pin which is sent to his cell phone, which is no longer in service. In total, it took me half an hour to get hold of someone. I ended up phoning 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨, which transferred me to the Cancellations Department. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸: - How easy do we make it for our customers to cancel a service? - Or notify us of something we need to know? Like a notice of death, a change of address or contact details? We as business make it SO easy for customers to pay... BUT should we not 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 for them to cancel? Or just easier to get hold of? 𝙒𝙃𝙔 should our customers (or potential customer) have to 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞, 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲? Considering most people prefer to get their answers online, should we not 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 at what we include on our 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀? I know I will look with new eyes at all future websites I design. 𝐀𝐥𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐈’𝐦 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮....... If your marketing isn’t consistently bringing in new customers… if it isn’t increasing sales, boosting your brand, and giving you the steady cash flow you want…. then let me save you some frustration…. 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧. And it’s not your fault! Most “𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬” out there are pushing random tactics that sound fancy but don’t actually get you anywhere. I know because I was in your shoes once, drowning in advice and trying everything under the sun to grow my business. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲... marketing isn’t about throwing money at Facebook or Google Ads and hoping for the best. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. It’s about building trust with your customers and giving them a reason to choose 𝐘𝐎𝐔 over everyone else. When I finally figured this out, my entire approach to growing businesses through marketing changed. The day I stopped treating marketing like a “𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐟𝐢𝐱” and started seeing it as a 𝐒𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌, my client's results skyrocketed. Here’s what that means…. It means getting crystal clear on 𝐖𝐇𝐎 your ideal customers are and speaking directly to their pains, their struggles, their deepest needs. Most businesses are too focused on shouting about features or discounts. But the truth? People don’t buy features—they buy transformation. They want to know that 𝐘𝐎𝐔 get it, that you understand what they need, and that your business has a solution that’s made for them. Once you understand this and build that connection, you won’t have to convince anyone. They’ll come to you, because you’ve already built trust, solved their problems in advance, and given them a reason to believe. But it doesn’t stop there. Marketing isn’t a one-time magic pill—it’s a long game. The businesses that win are the ones that show up consistently and with a clear message, the ones that build a system that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads like clockwork. If you’re posting every now and then or running a few random ads without a plan, you’re not building a business—𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. And I know, there’s a lot of noise out there. Everyone’s got an opinion on what works, and it’s easy to get lost. But if you’re tired of wasted ad spend, of campaigns that flop, of marketing that just feels like a giant question mark, then it’s time for a change. What To Do If Your Launch Flopped and You’re Not Making Any Sales of Your Course, Service or Membership…. If you've ever launched a business, product, course, service or membership and got no sales, you’re not alone. Everyone who's ever created anything can relate to this. 💔 But here’s the reality: you’re not going to nail your marketing, messaging, and everything else perfectly on your first try. Success comes from multiple iterations and continuous evolution. Creating anything is like having a baby. It's a messy, noisy process, but at the end, you have something beautiful to nurture and grow. 🌱👶 Think of your courses, products and business in the same way. You wouldn't tell a newborn baby it sucks because it can't walk in it’s first week, right? Here’s what to remember if your launch flopped, or you’re not making enough sales at the moment…. Give it More Time: Your product needs time to grow. Patience is key. 🌱 Check Your Marketing: If your product isn't selling, it's likely not the product but the marketing. Evaluate your titles and descriptions. Are they clear? Are they using the language your audience uses? Use tools like Google Trends to find out. Revise Your Sales Page: Ensure your sales page clearly states what the customer will get, what they will learn, and who it’s for. Imagine an alien reading it—would they understand it? 🛸 Consistency is Crucial: Marketing is a numbers game. It takes at least 22 touchpoints before someone remembers your brand. You need to be persistent and consistent. 📈 Remember, marketing is controllable. The sales you get are directly proportionate to the amount of marketing you put in, to the right audience, with the right message, consistently over time. . 👉 Reflect today: Have you given your product enough time to grow? I’ve recently had to deliver some ‘tough love’ to a couple of clients… The problem was, their offer sucked. 🙊 On paper, they were doing all the right things. ✅ Professional website ✅ Organic social content ✅ Paid ads But no-one was buying. When I started working with them, they wanted a silver bullet to attract more leads and more sales. 🚀 Something that their previous agencies couldn’t provide - but gladly took their money anyway. 🙈 The reason that they weren’t able to get the leads they wanted was blindingly obvious to me. They didn’t have an offer that anybody wanted. 🥸 They had been so busy trying to sell their service that they had lost sight of what their audience wanted. By now, we should all know that we are not selling a product (or service), we’re selling a solution to a problem. 🙅♀️ Nobody wants a life coach - but they are sick of feeling stuck and directionless. 🙅♀️ Nobody wants to attend a training - but they do want to lead a high performing team. 🙅♀️ Nobody wants to pay someone else to do their bookkeeping - but they do want to spend their time doing the work they enjoy. But in order to make it a no-brainer for someone to buy from YOU (instead of the million other options they have), you need to have a unique approach to solving their problem. Your unique approach, is the vehicle that gets your customers from where they are (current state) to where they want to be (desired state). 🚁 As a marketer, my job is to demonstrate how the vehicle is the (fastest, cheapest, easiest, ONLY) way for customers to reach their goals. If I do this well, sales become easy. Why you don't need a fool-proof strategy Can we get real for a second? I know that one of your biggest desires is to have a marketing strategy for your business that just works. It gets you the results you want. You don't have to think about it, you just do it. A strategy that is fool-proof. Works every time. Right? Wouldn't that just make life so much easier? Except... It doesn't work that way. Nothing is 100% fool-proof. Your audience changes, the industry changes, society changes (remember 2020?!) And when we get fixated on the idea that there is one method for you and you won't rest till you find it - you will always be searching. And always feeling disappointed. Because nothing works consistently the way you want it to. Algorithms change, platforms come and go (remember Blab, MySpace, Google Plus?), how we consume information changes and how we buy changes too So instead of trying to find the 'one' method that will be the answer to all your problems and get you all the clients you need, I recommend being open and curious about what would work for you right now. - What do you have passion for? - What are you curious about? - What would you like to try out? Get curious and start from there. Because here's the thing no-one talks about... When you do find a method that works for you - you evolve and change too so what worked for you 2 years ago might not work for you anymore.
