This is spot on. Psychological safety is definitely a key driver in creating an innovational mindset and pushing organizations and employees to feel safe enough to use their full power of thoughts. We need to encourage people to think differently instead of the classical “follow the crowd” mentality driven by the fear of making mistakes. Keep making a difference Per!

"Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other." - John F. Kennedy - Are you just starting out in your business? If yes, have you ever thought of creating an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for everything you do? Like documenting the process, analyzing it, learning from it, and improving it? In my previous job, I created the documentation for my team's workflow, such as how to make a financial report and which data should be collected. Is it easy? Absolutely not. Why? Because when you give that SOP document to someone new on your team, they must be able to create that exact report with the same result just by reading your SOP. And I know very well that this is not easy at all. What I understand might be different from what a newcomer understands, so I must try to make it as simple and easy to understand as possible. And when it is tested with minimal errors, voila, we successfully did it. This process takes a lot of time, but it is a unique investment. The next time there is a new joiner, I can ask them to learn from the SOP first, create the exact report, and ask me any questions later. 🌟By doing this, I can have more time to focus on my job and teach people to understand more. ✅This is very important in your business. You must create a general template or SOP that someone can learn from, which will decrease your effort in teaching them. So what do you think about it? Please correct my personal opinion if I am wrong in the comment section below.
