Great chat between Chandar Pattabhiram and our investors at Insight Partners about the rubber meeting the road with Agents, AI & Automation! Key Takeaways for me about our approach here at Workato 1) Noise - It's raining Agents. Everybody is singing and dancing about this right now but the concrete offering and value to Enterprises is still very thin. 2) Context and Action - If an Agentic solution can't efficiently develop context within an Enterprise's knowledge base and establish the connectivity required to execute actions downstream...it's just another chatbot. 3) POA - Process / Orchestration / Agile Governance The sexy LLMs are actually not the hard part - getting them to work in an enterprise context with so many different processes, systems and compliance concerns is the hard part. That's what we do every day at Workato, so I'm really excited to bring our Agentic solution to Enterprises.

The GTM Partners Austin Roadshow was a blast! I got to catchup with some familiar faces, make some new connections and (finally!) try go-karting. I also appreciated spending some focused time with smart people discussing the evolution of go-to-market. From the slides to the room conversation, there was agreement: - > Resources are different... all of them - budgets, team sizes, how we think about tech and the needs for integration etc. -> Growth matters but how you get there also matters. Being efficient and thinking of growth holistically (future and current customers included) is the path to success in todays' environment. -> What hasn't changed? Start a program with the goals and high level strategy, not the tactics.

The gap we bridge excites me!!!! This happened a while back and was wondering when we'd share... this news is music to my ears. Those in this space understand how important absorption is. And finding a perfect host employer is key... We deliberately partner with small businesses rather than big corporates. We understand what they are trying to build and we want to grow it with them.. We could easily collaborate with well-established companies, but it will sell out our mission... Because we are clear on this one thing: we Grow People. Grow Businesses! One intern at a time. One business at a time. It's a marathon this, not a sprint 😉 Did you get to listen to this conversation: https://bit.ly/4bgXqNI Care to hear your thoughts...
Congratulations on becoming employees ...Lebohang & Katlego from our 2nd cohort 🎉 🎊 🥂 . Kudos to our host employers who see value in our work... For this reason, we grow businesses by growing people... Perfect combo.

This is such good advice.
I've done this at two companies now, and it's been a massive success. At your all-company/all-hands/state of the company/etc.... Schedule 15-30 minutes into the agenda and give this prompt: "How has someone on this team encouraged you or made you better? Where do you see growth in them? Call them out by name, be specific about what you saw, and how that affected you." And then just sit back and listen.

Great session from great leaders. Worth listening to the recording if you are part of a CEO-CFO relationship and want to make it even better.
I am excited to join my friend Ray Rike and my partner at G2, Godard Abel, tomorrow morning at SaaS Metrics Palooza (11:00 AM EST/ 8:00 AM PST). We are covering one of my favorite topics - how CEOs and Founders partner with CFOs to build incredible, lasting companies. I was fortunate to build Salesloft with Kyle Porter, and now I am extremely grateful to be able to do it again with Godard at G2. Looking forward to joining Ray Rike, Dave Kellogg, Bill Binch, Mark Roberge, CJ Gustafson, Lauren Kelley, Michelle Valentine, Alex C., David Appel, Ben Gammell, Ben Murray, Nick Mehta, David Spitz, and so many more SaaS thought leaders throughout the epic two-day program. Can the longest-running beef in business be put to an end once and for all? Next week Alex Kracov (CEO & Co-founder, Dock) and I are talking live about how to build trust and foster collaboration between two teams that love to hate on each other: sales and marketing. Alex has been building Dock — a client-facing workspace for sales, onboarding, and renewals — for three years now. But before his journey as a founder kicked off, Alex was the VP of Marketing at Lattice and ran the marketing team for 5 years. He’s seen both sides of the sales/marketing relationship, so he knows what it takes to build GTM peace. You can register here to join our conversation: https://lnkd.in/gmwhqmfb In the meantime, I want to hear from sales and marketing leaders in my network: what’s your hack to building trust between the two teams?

From my perspective, recognising and appreciating staff is essential for keeping talented people. When a company truly values its team, it creates a positive work environment that boosts morale and helps retain employees. I’ve found that showing appreciation not only makes employees happier but also improves their performance and the company’s success. Please do acknowledge the hard work! For me, valuing staff is a crucial part of ensuring long-term success.
Superdrug’s CCO journey is INSANE 🤯🤯 Simon Comins went from the shop floor to the board. A great example of what hard work, consistency and patience can gets you. Big shout out to Superdrug for creating environment where top talent can work their way to the top. Hope more companies did this 🚀 Tag or DM me someone else with a CRAZY career come up history!
