I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my new venture, AIM. For Digital Change. (www.weaimfor.com). Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on challenging digital transformation programs across a variety of industries. These experiences have involved implementing cutting-edge technologies that drive new operational models, enhance customer value, and reduce operational costs. Yet, despite the successes, I often felt like I was arriving late to the table—struggling with alignment and the critical ownership of business outcomes. It was during this journey that I crossed paths with my business partner, Samantha Lagendijk, who shared my vision and saw the same opportunity. Together, we were inspired by the profound impact that digitization has on businesses, business models, and the people who make it all happen.
