And and it could just be that maybe people are starting to catch up on the importance of reputation management, but it surprises me still today how many businesses do not respond and ghost their customers. So ghosting really is for anyone that's not familiar with that term is someone leaves you an online review on a platform like Google and you just simply don't respond, positive or negative, you don't respond. And so when people are are searching or they're they're on Google Maps and they're just, you know, I'm looking for tie tonight and they're evaluating businesses, you know, one of the decision. Points that they're going to look at is, well, does this company demonstrate that they care about their customers by actually responding?

What's your favorite tv episode and why?
It's hard to pick one, right? Certainly there are many.
One of mine is the Chef's Table episode with chef Grant Achatz.
In it, Achatz loses his sense of taste and is constrained to find a new language to share his ideas for new dishes with his team. By finding a novel way to communicate his ideas, he creates through them. It's a form of Ubuntu.
A beautiful episode full of constraints & expressions.

3 Cool Things, Week #5.
The format I enjoy the most is audio. Listening to a voice has a certain amount of intimacy and gives the freedom to visualize.
The more constraining the medium is, the more creative you get!
Here are 3 truly creative pieces of audio content worth listening to!
1. Business Wars || Bacardi v/s Pernod Ricard || https://lnkd.in/gFAwg8_H
As the name says, Business Wars picks up 2 businesses and plays their story of how it would have played out. It does fictionalise some aspects and adds some masala to make the story interesting. But the sheer amount of effort put into creating an engaging audio episode is fantastic!
This is my favourite series. It has everything! Bacardi being shunted out of Cuba and the evolution of Pernod Ricard, Airplanes, missiles and you’ll know how Absynth was made.
Business Wars India could be fun. What would make a good episode?
2. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire || Stephen Fry || https://lnkd.in/gzbP_VRT
The most legendary narrator. Ever. The OG, the best narrator there is, narrates Harry Potter and you wonder if it was written to be an Audiobook. It is mesmerizing and hooking to hear his voice. You will end up in Hogwarts! The best book to start off your journey and try out if this medium is for you or not.
3. Stories of Mahabharata || Sudipta Bhawmik || https://lnkd.in/gEi2QmjK
From April 2014 to July 2024, These guys have released 74 Episodes of pure labour of love. It is Game of Thrones level for me where I’ve waited for the next episodes to come! And I recently started from episode 1 again. Even if you are not interested in mythology, give 1 episode a shot. I’m sure you’ll not be disappointed. Also, It consistently is in the top 5 podcasts on Apple podcasts :)
Thanks for reading. Let me know your favourite bit of audio content!
