Don't take it personally. Reframe it. This was my reframe. It’s OK to walk away from a client! You can’t do business with everyone and you shouldn’t try to do business with everyone! A client’s values need to be aligned with your values and that of your business. I find it impossible to pitch an agency to a recruiter if I don’t👇👇👇 ❌believe in that agency ❌buy into the people ❌buy into the culture ❌and especially buy into the owners of that business ✅I have to LIKE them ✅believe in their vision for the business ✅understand their values ✅and their ability to lead Some people might think that’s quite short sighted of me But I don’t care🤷🏻♀️ It’s important to me!
