Spirits brands can find opportunities to grow in US fine dining restaurants 🍽️. Fine Dining took a 7.6% share of all spirits sales by value in the 12 months to end-February with vodka as the top shareholder by some distance. CGA’s OPM service indicates similar trends in the beer category 🍻. Import and domestic premium segments have gained +5.6 and +2.0 percentage points of share respectively. With fewer fine dining outlets in the market, there will be heightened competition in this channel.
