I manage a team of 1500 engineers, designers, marketers, and more at the moment, and here are three core principles I've instilled as part of our culture: 1. Customer satisfaction - We want to ensure that our customers know they are being supported and cared for, and we will do all that is needed. 2. Roadmap growth - We want to ensure quality while simultaneously pushing the boundaries of innovation. 3. Alignment and accountability - Developing a culture where my teams are aligned and get the support they need, all while keeping one another (myself included) accountable to hit our objectives.
