Recognizing what truly matters is crucial in a world brimming with possibilities. 2️⃣ Social and Relational Aspects are Fundamental - Especially in an international setting, the value of building strong connections cannot be overstated. My interactions have profoundly influenced both my personal growth and professional path. One practice I've found invaluable is directly engaging with individuals when considering significant decisions like pursuing a master's or exploring job opportunities. It was through this approach that I met Stefano Pizzoli, who stood out for his kindness, willingness to help, and genuine warmth. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Stefano for his guidance and support. Our interactions not only enriched my understanding but also highlighted the strength of the INSEAD community. This connection led me to a demonstration by Celonis, where I witnessed first-hand the profound impact of their software solutions. The potential to drive substantial changes across businesses and industries was clear. The recruitment process further emphasized the importance of investing in these interactions. The attention to detail, transparency, and the empathetic approach of the Celonis team were crucial factors in my decision to join them. I believe our generation will see this focus on meaningful recruitment experiences as a significant trend. Thanks to my great mentor and a wonderful leader Ms Sonal Sharma for introducing me to this new term called RPA- Robotic Process Automation   RPA, also known as software robotics, is revolutionizing the way repetitive office tasks are handled. RPA is there for decades but little less known to people. It is widely misunderstood as #ai. From data extraction to form filling and file movement, RPA utilizes intelligent automation technologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and liberate human resources for more strategic endeavors. 💼 In my insightful conversation with Sonal, Vice President – Legal & Commercial at HCLTech, we delved into the transformative potential of RPA in accelerating digital transformation efforts. Sonal's amazing leadership for learning and her openness to new ideas were truly remarkable.
