As an employer in manufacturing, what stops you from adopting digital tech in your business? Is it cost? Does it cause too much disruption to your staff and productivity? Or do you require more technical know-how? There are plenty of problems to solve and things to criticise, but right now, it’s time to focus on training solutions. What a new training system can do for the industry. What is it you need?

Q:Why is there a need for an Authorized Training Partner if OEMs can use their own system or pre-sales engineers to deliver training? **A:** While OEMs certainly have skilled engineers, there’s a distinction between possessing knowledge and effectively sharing it. Delivering high-quality training requires expertise in teaching methodologies, years of experience, and a refined approach to knowledge transfer. Authorized Training Partners (ATPs) specialize in delivering training to premium customers, ensuring they receive not just technical insights but also the depth of experience. For OEMs, partnering with ATPs is about elevating the customer experience and providing training that meets the high expectations of premium clients.

Just finished the learning path “Become a Six Sigma Black Belt”! Check it out: https://lnkd.in/eGjmCwQ8 #sixsigmablackbelt #projectmanagement. 18 hours and a lot of tricky questions to gain your certificate... But definitely worth it! Overall a super interesting content, that has all it needs to teach you a lean mindset and how to perform Six Sigma projects properly. I recommend to everyone who feels there is too much "waste" everywhere. :-)
