Been having lots of chats about #HigherEd #DigitalTransformation recently, and the change needed to reshape university governance in order to enable it. So this morning I dipped back into Ben Holliday's great book, to dig out this quote that totally nails it: 🔨 "Processes historically used to mitigate risk and ensure collective ownership of decisions...actually add risk and increase chances of failure [to digital delivery]." Anyone got specific experience of this they're willing to share (without naming names, obv.s)? Or examples of good work any universities are doing to improve capability, decision making and workflow?
