Love is at the heart of everything I do. As Chief Heart Officer, my work is deeply rooted in spirituality, guiding my journey toward more connection, meaning, and understanding in every aspect of life. To walk this walk, I must always remember that the most important work I do will always be on myself. My inner work is to constantly ask, where am I not giving someone grace? Who am I not forgiving? Where can I be kinder? While it’s my responsibility to create and hold space for others, to foster and facilitate growth and change, it is not my job to judge where someone is or isn't on their path. My role is to ride alongside them in their journey, facilitating conversations and connections, celebrating their growth and development and helping them break through their roadblocks and judgments of themselves and others. Judgment is a killer. It seeps into our hearts and keeps us disconnected—from ourselves and each other. This energy happens in the workplace all day long. (we are human after all!) People are struggling for reasons we all recognize. They feel inadequate, or they think they’re the smartest person in the room. They look at others without compassion, or they’re posturing for at-bats. All of this can damage a culture. My role is to never turn away from their struggle but to create a space where they can share, feel, and ultimately rise above their challenges with emotional optimism and grace. As Chief Heart Officer, my role is to take care of our home. While the 2,000+ people VaynerX are a part of that home, and my mission is to ensure that every single person feels seen, heard, and supported on their journey—not just at work, but in life. I know I am not alone on this journey and I want to give a very special shout out to all of you who travel with me, and allow me to travel with you!! Incredibly inspiring, Claude Silver! Your approach to leadership, rooted in love, grace, and emotional optimism, is a powerful reminder of the impact we can have when we lead with our hearts. The emphasis on inner work and creating a non-judgmental space for others to grow resonates deeply. Thank you for being a beacon of compassion and connection in the workplace. We’re all on this journey together, and your guidance makes the path a little brighter for everyone. Thanks for sharing!
I salute and give a great big Hug to all at VaynerMedia.. you appear like a kinda really Sound 👌 environment … big loves to all heart officers on the floor and Chief Heart Officers
You powerfully articulated it Claude Silver. First and foremost, leaders need to invest in “filling their own cup”, in other words, to take care of their mental and physical well-being. This is a priority, otherwise, they won’t be able to support and lift up others. Furthermore, creating a safe space where team members can open up freely and share their problems, pains, fears and doubts, and also their honest feedback is crucial! Thank you for always sharing your heart with us! 🙏🏻💝
It always starts with self 🙏🏼💚🤗
Your message is truly inspiring, and it's clear that you lead with your heart. As a fellow LinkedIn user, I believe that true leadership is about creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone can thrive. It's not about judging others, but rather about facilitating growth and change.

4moClaude Silver I absolutely loved your recent podcast with Lyndsay Dowd on her Heartbeat for Hire LLC podcast. My highlights below which speak to the awesome human you are: Love how you started out with astrology (Taurus with Scorpio Rising), this LEO with Gemini Rising dug it. Your nana who lived past 100 and would regularly ask people "do me a favor and have a peaceful day" 💙🙏🏼 The story you told about your experience with Outward Bound, I feel that in my bones and have related experience with "the woods" through one of my boys... Your story about how Gary V told you to "Go do that thing that you do" - chills! Nothing is more empowering or motivating than knowing that your leader fully gets you and your gifts! How about Episode number 111. Coincidence?? I think not, that is a powerful Angel number ✌🏼 And I love the concept of "Elephant Meetings"! Keep leading with love Claude!
