Today, during a deal review with my sales team, one of our reps reminded us of a critical but often neglected truth: *No business case, no deal.* It’s surprising how often reps try to sidestep the essential task of building a compelling business case that clearly shows the value our product or solution delivers. Yes, it’s hard work. And yes, prospects sometimes say it’s unnecessary to close the purchase. But when the final decision is made, and we’re not in the room, the key question will always be: *If we spend X, what’s the return?* If your champion can’t answer that immediately, there’s no deal. Full stop. Don‘t go the easy road. #sales #value
