Did you know that creating and manufacturing oversize print items takes more time? Take a rollup banner as an example: first, you need time to have it designed. Then it needs to be printed. And once installed in the mechanism your new banner needs to sit fully extended for 24 hours, so the ink can cure (and you don't get smudging). If you're planning on having this type of item created, beware of anyone who "guarantees" a 24-hr turnaround. #oversizeprinting #signage #banners

Trimming calendars to the correct size is crucial to avoid unnecessary expenses and ensure a professional finish. Incorrect trimming can lead to rims that are too long or too short, unsightly final products, and costly reprints. Key Points to Remember: • Ensure your calendars are trimmed exactly to size to match the length of the rims ordered. • Make sure calendars are trimmed square so that tops and bottoms are even. • Leave a 10mm bleed at the top (and bottom if needed) to ensure no white shows between the rims and the print. Don’t let incorrect trimming ruin your final product. Learn the right techniques to save time and money!
