I was recently reading how speculative thinking can be a powerful tool for us to look beyond today’s challenges and embrace tomorrow’s possibilities. As leaders, I strongly believe that when planning the future of our organizations we must channel creativity, imagination, and, at times, maybe even add a touch of science fiction. Yes, science fiction! We must be able to imagine realities and paradigms yet to exist. At the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) we own this approach.
