This one should be a good one! The big question would be on what elements of customer journey can be influenced most by marketing. Since CDPs (Customer Data Platform) are affecting GenAI modeling, Marketing needs to be more watchful and how and when the data is picked for AI-powered products. Must get more vigilant on inference.
