This is from that time I spontaneously did the crazy thing that is the David Goggins challenge. For those who know what this is, you know this is tough. I was unprepared - decided 24 hours before I started that I was going to do this. It involved running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours - day or night. That equates to 2 marathons in 2 days! This is the video I made right after I finished showering after my last round and it's pretty interesting what came out of my mouth about the human spirit.
