How do you make other people feel? An essential question for anyone in #leadership. In his book, “Lead From The Heart”, Mark C. Crowley makes the point that how you make others feel is what people will remember most about you. Interestingly, this is true even if they form this memory subconsciously.   Importantly, those feelings influence behaviour long after the leader is in their presence.
