🇸🇪 🇺🇸 Great to see the trans-Atlantic cooperation on wireless technology between the US and Sweden emphasizing the "value of international cooperation, including with private sector partners, in promoting open and interoperable architectures, such as open radio access networks, and resilient, secure, safe, trustworthy, inclusive, and sustainable 6G". 📄Also, a focus on "development of technologies that align with and draw from international standards, including design specifications, that are developed using open, transparent, impartial, and consensus-based processes" is especially welcome. 📱6G, while probably not deployed until around 2030, will certianly be the shift that bridges the cyber-physical divide, with applications on everything from the metaverse, digital twins, e-health and more. https://lnkd.in/gjeBSBCR #cyber #6G #standards #cooperation #Sweden #wireless

What did I learn from the latest Ericsson Networks newsletter? 🤔 What are 3 main challenges service providers might face when adopting an #OpenRAN? 💡 What are feasible solutions for these challenges? 💪 How can Ericsson help with solving them? It’s no secret that networks of the future must be resilient, open, sustainable, and intelligent. Open RAN has the potential to shape such networks. But as with every new technology, it comes with questions. In this newsletter, I learned about some answers to these questions. ✔️ Check them for yourself ⬇️ #networks #TeamEricsson
