Who of us *doesn't* feel like "I don't have time?" It has been fascinating to observe that shifting to a creative business fosters an assumption that I now have an abundance of free and fully flexible time - and yet, of course, I still must make a living, even if it is through doing something I love. While I'm finding discipline in new ways to get work done, I'm also cultivating graceful ways to demonstrate to (more than tell) others that I am, indeed - working! This also sets up an interesting connection to how and what I'm branding a business to be. #branding #timeavailable #timemanagement #settingpriorities #abeautifulanarchypodcast #cultivate #creativebusiness #prioritizing #sayingno #disciplinedpractice #buildabrand

⭐ Taking Inspiration from the Stage to the Workplace ⭐ Last weekend, I had the chance to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on stage, and it was nothing short of magical! The intricate set designs and breathtaking presentation brought me back to that sense of childlike wonder we all need now and then. But beyond the wizardry, it was a masterclass in creativity, collaboration, and imagination. (And don’t worry - no spoilers here!) Here are a few takeaways that go well beyond the world of Hogwarts and right into our work lives: 🔮 In theatre, even the smallest details can spark the biggest surprises and leave the greatest impact. It’s a reminder that in our work, focusing on the fine details can transform the entire outcome, enhancing quality and elevating experiences. 🎩 The production’s magic didn’t come from any one individual but from a diverse team of writers, actors, set designers, stage managers, and more. A great team includes those who love diving into the details, those who see and shape the bigger picture, and those who can tie it all together seamlessly. When we bring together a mix of talents and perspectives with a shared vision, we can create something truly extraordinary. 💡 Every aspect of the play was designed to pull the audience into a fully realised world. It’s a reminder that making ideas feel real can inspire genuine enthusiasm and secure buy-in. 📕 The play showed just how powerful storytelling can be: storytelling isn’t just about relaying information - it’s about connecting people to a vision, bringing ideas to life, and inspiring action. It’s not always easy, but it’s an invaluable skill to develop. ✨ It’s easy to get wrapped up in routines, forgetting that creativity thrives when we break out of our normal habits and routines. If you get the chance to see the show, I couldn’t recommend it more highly. But until then... ...................... 💬 How do you bring a touch of creativity to your work, and encourage the same in others? 💬 Remember: it’s not just about being artistic - creativity is about finding new solutions, fresh perspectives, and ways to make an impact in any role. ...................... #CreativityAtWork #Storytelling #Leadership #Collaboration #WorkplaceCulture #Inspiration #ProfessionalGrowth #Management
