A couple of weeks ago, I spoke with a health coach who had over 400k followers on Instagram. The problem → Even with such a large audience. A very small percentage of those people were signing up for her programs. They knew, liked, and trusted her. But they weren't converting. Why? This is what we found out... → She wasn't regularly inviting people to join her email list → Even with the email list that she had, she wasn't emailing them regularly → Her offers and launch build-ups were not exciting enough → There wasn't scarcity, and she was launching the same offer every couple of months Here's what I suggested for her to do... ✔️Create a few freebies that solve her audience's most common problems. ✔️Connect them to her content. ✔️Invite people to grab them. Then.... ✅Make sure to email them regularly with a balance of value, storytelling, and invitations ✅Make her offer more exclusive and only open it up rarely ✅Incorporate a level of either time or quantity scarcity ✅Hit home on the pain points and build up the desire for a change ✅Make it clear how her offer is the best solution to their problems This will dramatically change things. ✖️It doesn't matter if you have a large audience when nobody converts. 🔑The key is to figure out how to bring that audience into your world.
