DOC Access Act Would Lower Health Care Costs, Boost Choices, and Grow Access By Ending Abusive VBM Practices Problematic, oversized, lacking transparency and competition, and operating largely unrestricted—these are descriptions Congress knows all too well with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) on their radar.
