Last night, we announced two definitive agreements that complement our growth strategy: ▪️ Acquisition of a majority stake in GI Alliance, the country’s leading gastroenterology management services organization, to build on our specialty capability and create expansion in key therapeutic areas; and the ▪️ Acquisition of the Advanced Diabetes Supply Group, a leading national provider of patient-direct diabetes medical supplies, to further growth in our at-Home Solutions business.
