Hello Linkedin Friends, I’d like to invite a handful of Sales Leaders across industries to join me in a virtual conversation on what it takes to be an effective Sales Leader in today’s environment. If you are like me, you are passionate about your craft, committed to leadership growth and believe it’s always "in process." To be honest, I am a bit fatigued on being talked AT with podcasts, books and videos on the subject (all great and super useful btw) but would rather talk WITH real folks who are “walking the walk” each and every day. I believe a collaborative conversation will be mutually beneficial and should spark new ideas that can be applied in your leadership strategy or further validate your current approach. That said, I say let’s post up after hours with a favorite cocktail and let the conversation rip for an hour. I am confident we’ll get a lot out of it! Prerequisites include: - Experience in leading sales people - Bringing an open mind If interested in joining our conversation, please message me directly for additional details about this virtual meet up. - BC

Why leaders should show more vulnerability By Ben Brearley "Displaying vulnerability takes courage, especially when you’re in a leadership role. Ben Brearley In this episode, you'll explore the potential advantages of embracing vulnerability and learn practical strategies for integrating it into your life. #leadershipdevelopment #leadershipmindset https://lnkd.in/eCA4Qqku
