Above all, we must not forget that in a professional world like ours, which is and will always be in constant evolution, its culture by these companies, is positioned as a kind of basis for organizational performance.
As such, and with our experience, we note that a certain number of companies ignore and do not realize that their culture can be unbalanced since they do not think, an imbalance can cause harmful consequences for their commitments, their productivity and even on their reputations
How can we identify these sometimes revealing signs, and what actions should be put in place and implemented to rectify the situation?
Namely “fuzzy communication which is lost between reading and rectifying” this generally comes from the lack of clarity which can cause frustrations and misunderstandings on both sides if your employees do not understand the objectives, values and expectations of the company
Conclusion
There is strong evidence that the culture is out of balance and why a leader must be able to communicate clearly and transparently while ensuring that each member of the team not only knows what the company expects of them and also why these objectives are very important “so communication must be the bridge not a labyrinth “struggle to find a way out”
This type of team may not be listened to, which loses its motivation and also its investment.
