Tag - you’re it! I’ve been tagged by CropLife Canada’s Pierre Petelle to be part of BASF ‘s campaign on mental health using the Do More Ag Foundation’s talk it out program. It is so important to keep working on breaking the stigma and making it easier for people to ask for support. I’m now tagging Dr. Steven Webb from the Global Institue for Food Security (GIFS). #CNDAg #TalkItOutTag

That's a great and practical tip to practice empathy and psychological safety, Candace Laing! Thanks for sharing 💡 It reminds me of the check-in practice Brené Brown does/did with her team: "Tell me how you are feeling, using two words, no explanations necessary." Can't count the number of times my team members or I have had two seemingly contradictory words like "excited" and "tired." Saying those out loud are a great mindfulness and psychological safety builder. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/brenebrown_we-start-every-meeting-with-a-two-word-check-in-activity-6742131171414618112-Dacq?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop
