As we wrap up 2024, I’m reflecting on what drives us at Brex: the growth and success of our customers. This year (more than ever), we focused on listening closely and designing solutions that address real challenges. Some highlights: - A 10x improvement in successfully ensuring large SaaS and Ads bills process, tackling a long-standing industry pain point. - 16% fewer credit limit issues, thanks to enhanced limit stability, early crediting features, and flexible payment options. - A 50% reduction in application review times, making it faster than ever to join Brex. These efforts, alongside 175+ product and feature improvements, helped drive a 30% boost in NPS—and we’re just getting started. To celebrate the year’s end, our team turned our holiday White Elephant exchange into a tribute to our customers, choosing gifts from a few of the brands we’re proud to support: DoorDash, Made In, Caraway Home, Lids, Dr. Squatch, Relatable (Previously What Do You Meme?) and AG1. Experiencing their products was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
