Last week we got to spend quality time with nearly 100 SciPlay players on a Carnival Cruise Line! After unlimited food, 1,000's of slot spins, and a few drinks 🍹 we were able to create MANY lasting memories. Spending time talking with your players and getting their feedback on the product is priceless. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative to drive your business is crucial in this space. However, the most rewarding part of the trip was hearing the player's appreciation for what we do for them. Running a 24/7 business can be taxing, but feeling the energy our players have gave us that jolt we all need at times. Additionally, working with the Carnival team has been an amazing partnership.
