Director at Digital Resources, Director at PARTNER, Operations Manager at Technical Resources

The Technical Resources consultant team took the day out of the office on Friday for a great workshop run by Anthony Joy We started the session by sharing some of the best advice we have gotten in our life and some of the pearls of wisdom were great; - Leave the past in the past - Control what you can - Find the fun in what you do - Be yourself everyone else is taken - Learn to love yourself - Don't overthing things - Tomorrow never comes - Don't take things personally - Fear is what enables us to get out of your comfort zone and into the growth zone And my personal favourite - it's not what you know, it's the quality of your BS. What is the best advise you have gotten throughout your life? #TRFamily #Highperformingteam

Can you elaborate on the one you love Caitlin Iustini? Does this mean you need to be faking your way through things?

Love this list of wisdom Cait. I often have to remind myself that I cannot control everything, so "Control what you can" stood out to me! One of the best pieces of recent advice I have been given is that worry/anxiety is a misuse of imagination and links with the 'control what you can' piece. Thanks for sharing!
